Symposium Registration

Registration is $30 per student if paying by check, $31.50 per student if paying by college credit card. Upon receipt of registration, FCSAA will send you a Freshbooks invoice.

Only directors may register students for the symposium using the registration spreadsheet. DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS 5:00 PM, WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 20th.

For each student you will need:

• Their name as they wish it to appear in the program.
• Their instrument/voice range.
• If you register a piano student and they wish to play during masterclasses, enter their repertoire.

If your student is entering the Student Artist Competition, you will need:

• Student address
• Student Phone
• Student email
• Director Name
• Director Phone
• Director email
• Category they are entering (Brass, WW, Voice, Piano etc)
• Student Instrument
• Accompanist Info
• Repertoire information to include: Title, Composer, Composer Birth/Death, length of piece

Faculty registration is on the second tab of the spreadsheet. Enter the information requested for any faculty members who are attending the symposium.

Once it is complete email the entire spreadsheet to Doug Holsworth. Print the third tab for registrar, get that signed and sealed, then send that to Kelly Warren with your payment.

Symposium App

All students and directors should install the 2027 Symposium app, which runs inside the YAPP app. The Symposium 2027 app will contain all of the information you need leading up to and during the symposium.  Download the Yapp app here.
