Congratulations to the Student Government Student of the Month for April... Alixa Baptiste from Hillsborough Community College! Alixa was nominated by her advisor, Cheyenne Olson! Here is what Cheyenne shared with us about Alixa:

"Alixa is the best SGA Secretary SouthShore Campus has seen. Her dedication to the role is unmatched, and she consistently goes above and beyond to support SGA and the student body. Through her leadership in the Act of Kindness Committee, she played a key role in planning and executing meaningful initiatives that fostered a positive campus culture. Her organizational skills kept SGA running efficiently, ensuring accurate meeting minutes, structured agendas, and seamless communication among members. Alixa's role is the backbone of SGA! She actively supported event planning, and contributed to leadership efforts that upheld SGA’s integrity. Her dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to service have left a lasting impact and impression on SouthShore.
