NJCAA Region 8/FCSAA Men's Basketball Player of the Week

Miami, Fla.

Palm Beach State College’s Jonathan Holton is this week's NJCAA Region 8/FCSAA Men's Basketball Player of the Week. Holton, a sophomore from Miami, Fla., delivered a double-double for the Panthers, who defeated Indian River State, 84-67 on February 26, to claim the Southern Conference Tournament Championship and a berth in the NJCAA Region 8/FCSAA Tournament. Holton, who hit 8-of-19 shots overall (3-of-5 three-pointers) and 6-of-7 from the free throw line, scored 25 points and pulled down 17 rebounds. He was also credited with two assists, two steals and three blocks.
