SGA Student of the Month: January

SGA Student of the Month: January

Congratulations to Bonnie Rogers, Pasco-Hernando State College (West Campus), for being recognized as one of the SGA Students of the Month for January! She was nominated by her advisor, Jessica White.

A few words from Ms. White about why Bonnie was nominated for this award: "Bonnie Rogers is a student at Pasco-Hernando State College West Campus and is one of the most giving and loving people I have ever met. She volunteers in the community and gives back to so many people every day. She volunteers so much—Coalition for the Homeless, Veteran’s groups, Florida Food Force, Metropolitan Ministries, Guardian ad Litem, Out of the Darkness Walk…just to name a few off the top of my head! Bonnie has made an impact on campus, bringing love and awareness to community opportunities and needs everywhere she goes.

On campus, Bonnie is the SGA Vice President and also serves as the President of the Human Services Club. She works to raise money, items, and awareness, but also other’s spirits. She looks to find ways to include and invite new people to take part in campus activities. She has touched our lives and our hearts. We are so thankful to have her as part of our team."

Congratulations to this spectacular student, Bonnie Rogers, one of our SGA Students of the Month! Thank you, Jessica, for nominating her for this recognition.
